The annual Shakespeare festival is a highlight of the Drama programme. Students from all over Otago perform 5 or 15 minute scenes that have been directed by other students or teachers. The festival is about celebrating the work of Shakespeare and performing his works with energy and passion. Winners get to attend a weekend festival in Wellington where experts and practitioners from all over New Zealand run workshops and share knowledge.
